In an effort to better serve our guests, High Country Inn is excited to announce our partnership with Blue Ridge Outdoor Adventures. We are offering weekday lodging and rafting packages perfect for families and small groups. Blue Ridge Outdoor Adventures customizes each trip specific to the ages and needs of the group. As such, to insure quality and safety, they prefer to keep their group size to 12 people or less. By offering a weekday rafting package only, both High Country Inn and Blue Ridge Outdoor Adventures can offer our guests the best value. Call Today to reserve your most memorable vacation of 2006!
FAMILY FUN - AGES 4 and UP!
Packages include one night’s lodging and one day of rafting and are based on a minimum of four people. All package prices quoted are for standard double rooms. Rooms may be upgraded at an additional cost to the package price. Trips are limited to Sunday through Wednesday night stays with rafting on Mondays through Thursdays. Rooms can accommodate up to four people. Payment is due two weeks prior to the reservation date, unless the reservation is made within the cancellation period. After that time, payment is expected in full and no refunds will be issued.
FAMILY FUN - AGES 4 and UP!
Water levels permitting, Blue Ridge Outdoor Adventures will run the Toe River. As they now have on outpost in Bakersville, NC, you will need to drive to their outpost. It is an hour drive to Bakersville from the High Country Inn. Blue Ridge will leave detailed directions for you at the front desk. Every rafting company in the area has to drive a minimum of an hour to get to the rivers, so please know that this is not unusual. A delicious and satisfying riverside snack is included. Trips go RAIN OR SHINE! No refunds will be issued because of rain.
